چکیده
Abstract Despite the fact that lime and lemon groups have been collected as germplasm in Indonesian Citrus Subtropical Research Institute, a limited amount of research has conducted on identification evaluation these species. This study aimed to evaluate morphological, anatomy, genetic polymorphism, relationships among 16 accessions based six ISSR markers. The was at Punten Experimental Garden, Batu, East Java, Indonesia from January December 2021 order describe morphology anatomy characteristics. results showed 109 DNA bands were considered for analysis, which 88.1% polymorphic. dendrogram separated into two main coefficient 0.62. first group divided three clusters, i.e. A, B, C consist introduced varieties, most local lemons, limes, respectively. second only single member ( Limo Kwit ). closest distances between Cai Kahuripan Lemon Jumbo (88.1%) Uereka with Lime Bearr (88.3%). In contrast, lowest ones Montaji Lemo (52.9%) Swanggi Jari Buda (51.2%). general, traits reflected existing clusters contributed differences their plants. It is assumed accession hybrid subgenus papeda, so it belong Cluster II. finding very useful breeding programs Indonesia.

Genetic Variation of Lime (Citrus sp.) Accessions Using Flow Cytometry Technique, Morphological Characteristics and Molecular Markers
Because of sexual propagation of Mexican lime in southern regions of Iran, there are many lime accessions (lime biotypes) in Mexican lime gardens in which appear some variation in fruit and tree shape. However, most of these accessions are susceptible to witches broom disease of lime (WBDL). Persian lime (C. latifolia Tanaka) is a triploid WBDL-tolerant species. Considerable number of un-descri...
متن کاملAssessment of genetic diversity in accessions of pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum) and napier grass (Pennisetum purpureum) using microsatellite (ISSR) markers
Pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R. Br.) and napier grass (Pennisetum purpureum Schumach) are the most economically important species in the genus Pennisetum. Knowledge of genetic diversity of these two species would enhance their potentials for utilization. The present work assessed the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship among Nigerian and Indian accessions of pearl millet an...
متن کاملAssessment of Genetic Diversity between Different Accessions of Calotropis Procera with ISSR Molecular Markers
The present study was performed to classify and study genetic diversity between Calotropis procera accessions from different regions of Kerman province (Iran) using ISSR markers. In total, DNA from 14 plant samples with nine ISSR primers was amplified by PCR and their banding pattern was obtained. The primers showed acceptable polymorphism (35.93) and minimum and maximum polymorphic information...
